In such cases, UAB Alareira acts as the contractual seller and trading supplier, while the physical shipment may be arranged according to the agreed commercial terms and shipment documentation.

This model is commonly used in international B2B trade when goods are sourced from suppliers outside the European Union and delivered directly to the destination country.
